waste of money
December 2, 2024multiple management changes. mushrooms. mold. consistent trash in pool area. dog poop never picked up. repairs never made. and yet, this apartment complex is one of the most hypocritical, unconcerned, and unhelpful places i have ever experienced. we have a ceiling roof leak stain that has never been fixed. a dishwasher that has an uncleanable filter. a rickety patio door that one of the kind maintenance men told us that the property wouldn’t bother replacing until after we moved out. a mailbox ...with a broken lock. all of these and some other issues that were eventually resolved, and somehow our rent went up about $400. we pay $25 for a trash service that has so many rules and specifications that it’s more stressful to abide by the trash service and our complex’s rules for it than to just walk it down to the dumpster ourselves. our management would rather drive around and see who isn’t following the trash rules than to see who isn’t picking up their dog poop, beer bottles at the pool, or what apartments are literally falling apart and need repair or what amenities just are hideous looking and need upkeep (tennis court). do better vieraProperty Manager Responded

Water Heater is 17 years old and leaking water
June 22, 2022Water heater has been leaking since the 18th. Called and emailed since then at least once a day. It's the 22nd. Still leaking. They could have just replaced the water heater. Pretty soon, it's going to be drywall, flooring, and whatever items are in the unit under ours...Property Manager Responded

Not only are the units old and appliances regularly break, the management company completely ignores maintenance request, charged incorrect amounts for rent, and does not return phone calls. STAY AWAY!!!
March 23, 2022Expensive for a rundown place. Faucets never stop running, sinks leek under most of the sinks. Ceiling fan fell from ceiling! This is all in their remodeled homes. You can hear people talking outside with the windows close. Not worth the price! Stay away! This doesn't even cover half of it!Property Manager Responded

WORST
March 3, 2022DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place does not care about it's residence. The company that owns it will sell it the first chance it gets. Whoever manages it at the time will not give one care in the world to fix anything you have problems with. Living in this place the last couple years has been the worst living experience I have ever had. They will literally respond to a complaint/maintenance issue, and all they will say is "I will call you back," Which they will never do. I have never lived in a more ...mismanaged place in my life. They will never fix a problem, answer a question, or even respond in a timely manner to explain why they are incompetent. They will 100% ignore any issues you have and allow you to live in a situation where you have to take care of a problem on your own. Not to mention, OVER PRICED, for the quality of home and FOR SURE the quality of care and respect they have for their tenants.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2021This is a great community. The staff is very responsive and professional. But the parking SUCKS! You barely have enough parking for 1 spot per unit in my building. Many of the units have two adults living there and therefore two cars. I typically have to park several buildings away... taking up precious spots for that building. Gone downhill in a hurry - terrible
September 28, 2021We had great property management for the first 8 years that we have lived here, until this year - when Greystar took it over. I have been trying since JUNE (3 MONTHS) to get 8 things fixed in my apartment - garbage disposal, broken doors, leaking toilets, etc. I submit the work order & weeks go by without anything; I then call the office and am told they'll pass the message along to maintenance - nothing happens. I get all the freaking excuses in the world - "maintenance is very backed up", ..."their on vacation", etc. I eventually give up, and try again a month and a half later. SAME THING HAPPENS again for almost two weeks now - NOTHING FIXED and same excuses - no one here cares one iota to fix these critical things. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF - they had the audacity to increase my rent by $159 - FOR THIS! Do yourself a favor, and do not move here. As soon as this lease is up, I will be getting out of here.Property Manager Responded
