WORST APARTMENT EVER

I don’t usually write reviews, but this apartment complex truly tested my patience. I spent weeks trying to move forward with an application, and it was nothing but a cycle of delays and miscommunication. Every time I called for an update, I either got no answer or was told, “We’ll get back to you today” — spoiler: they never did.
I went in person multiple times, and every visit felt like a gamble. Most of the time, there was no one in the office, and I’d end up waiting outside in the heat like ...
I had nothing better to do. It was incredibly unprofessional. There was no system, no accountability, and definitely no urgency on their part.
After wasting all that time, they suddenly threw new conditions at me, completely changing what we had already discussed. And the worst part? Even after agreeing to all of it, they still didn’t move forward.
The whole process was frustrating and pointless. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The management has no respect for prospective tenants and runs the office like it’s optional.
