This is my favorite apartment that I’ve rented. The controlled access building and attached garage is so convenient. Proximity to downtown and the short north is amazing. Free bike storage makes leisurely travel easy, and everything is a quick walk away. I love the top floor lounge as well and the industrial loft feel. It’s a great place to live.

Before new management there was much to be addressed at this building. maintenance was lacking and falling behind. Now that the new management is in place I can already see huge improvements! Maintenance is timely and they have already fixed many of the community building issues (parking issues, operational issues). The units are great! My view facing west towards downtown really is quite spectacular! I wouldn't hesitate to sign a lease with the new management in place! Great location for anyone ...

Some things need repaired and the parking situation is not great but people are friendly and the building manager is amazing. The rent is a bit high considering the lack of certain amenities though.

I've had a wonderful experience living in this apartment building. The industrial-chic aesthetic with open spaces and concrete elements is a standout feature, giving the place a unique and modern look.
The highlight of my apartment has to be the breathtaking view of downtown. Waking up to that view every day is truly a privilege. The sky deck is a gem among amenities, offering an incredible panoramic view of the city that's hard to beat.

5-minute walk to downtown. My dog has also found joy in this building, enjoying the interactions with people in the elevator and the morning coffee shop visits. A special shoutout to David at Staufs for the Pup Cup treats!

The apartment was not in good condition when we moved in (paint on floor, stained carpet, cracked mirror, dirty appliances, etc).
The apartment manager is hard to get a hold of, and parking is super annoying to deal with through them.
Our dryer stopped working after a month from moving in, and they didn’t bother checking the maintenance request we put in. They just bought a new one, but left it outside our front door for literally 3 weeks, even when we requested someone to come install ...

Floors 6, 7, and 8 have very thin walls. When I’m in my bedroom, I can hear every conversation and TV show from the unit next to us. I can even hear their fire alarm that is chirping because it needs new batteries. I wake up often in the night because they have a later schedule and stay up late.
These are just the big issues, and there’s many more I didn’t list here (elevator breaks frequently, garage door breaks frequently, etc). The only redeeming quality is the view is actually nice.
