The units are all 2 bedroom 2 bath and renovated. The park in front is really special and the club house is new. I cant believe i hadnt heard of this place unitl now

My wife and kidsmoved in 6 months ago and are very happy. The building is clean and safe. This is the only building across the street from the best park in the area that has a gym, basketball courts, pool, tennis courts and after school activities. Low key the best place to live in Lauderhill and Sunrise
