Absolutely Phenominal Place to live
May 30, 2019I moved from the Viewpointe Apartments because I needed to be closer to my job. But I loved living there. I never had to wait for assistance, or urgent issues. They are on top of their game and bring you the best there is to making it feel like HOME. It is my second apartment in my life, and I wish I could have stayed. Lisa and Cindy are the wonderful ladies (I adore them so much!) that took great care of me for 2 years. They have an overall a great team! Everyone is very welcoming. Even the ...caretakers for the property. 5 Stars all the way. If you need anything, all you have to do is send an email, and they will get you taken care of usually that same day if not within 24 hours of the issue. You really don't have to worry! Great space and light
July 21, 2015First off this is my first apartment ever. I definitely like this place a lot. There's lots of windows for great lighting. Not a bad price at all for a two bedroom. It's very clean and well kept. There are lots of maintenance people available all the time in case of an emergency and just for minor fixes or concerns. I only have a few cons: the floors are thin. If you walk too hard and your neighbor is a crab like mine, then you'll get complaints. Lucky for me he figured it out after a while ...that we weren't doing anything loud, the floors were just thin. Next, there's only one washer and dryer per 6 apartments. A downer but there's lots of places near by to clean cloths. Even a 24 hour cleaners with free wifi. There's no fans in the bathrooms so I'm a little worried that there's mold growing up in the ceiling tiles. Haven't seen it yet but still concerned. The wall AC is great but we have to set up fans to circulate the air to the very back bedroom. I wish there was a cabinet in the bathroom behind the mirror but it can't be perfect. Also I'm right on sturdy road so it can be very loud with the windows open. All this stuff is very small though. Over all very happy. Management is fabulous to its tenants. If I can't get a house by next year I'm hoping to snag a place here with a balcony. :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
