March 31, 2023I think they should give plenty of notice on when they close the office if people need to pay their rent other than online or any other issue. There have been a few times I have called and I know the office gets busy but I live five seconds away from the office and I would walk in and a lot of the office staff is sitting around just not answering the phone just saying.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2022Viewpointe is a wonderful community with walking distance to grocery store, and State St. buses. It is clean, quiet, and safe. The hike in rent is no ones fault but the owners, and that can not be blamed on management which is amazing. August 22, 2022Generally, we've had a lot of issues since management switched over in June. I understand a good chunk is training and lack of staff but it's incredibly difficult to reach the office and our maintenance requests almost never get addressed anymore. It's taken over 2 months just to get our lease renewed and even then, the details are not correct and we're still waiting for corrected documents back. With apartment prices increasing and the value included not going up as well, it makes it very ...difficult to be satisfied with living here.Property Manager Responded

There have been some upsetting miscommunication regarding rent changes and having to pay backpay even though things were not our fault.
