March 12, 2026I have had ongoing issues with extremely loud noise coming from the unit above mine. It honestly sounds like someone running or bouncing something on the floor for hours every day and even late at night. The constant pounding through the ceiling makes it impossible to relax. I reported it to the office and was told it would be addressed, but nothing has changed. Instead I was asked to record a video of the noise. That doesn’t really make sense because a phone recording will never capture how ...loud it actually sounds in person. It’s very frustrating to report a problem and feel like it’s not taken seriously.
