So UNDERSTANDING & KIND
December 2, 2023I have only lived at The Oaks since May and had fallen on hard times then recently lost my mother to cancer. The staff here has been ABSOLUTELY AMAZING & UNDERSTANDING! I truly appreciate their kindness ! I have never rented from a place that has treated me like an individual and not just a number/tenant. I can also say that ANYTIME I've had a maintenance issue their response time was on point! I've never been happier renting somewhere! I personally highly recommend this place plus they are the ...only ones around that have AMAZING attainable deposits!!! Hands down love it here!Property Manager Responded

Not worth the price
October 15, 2017I've live here for a year and it's honestly the worse place I've live. Out dated, when you put in a request for something that was already broken when you moved in they will take up to 10months to fix it and then blame you for it. When you mention you told them you mentioned it once you noticed the issue they don't say anything. They also lied over parking stickers. Their is never any parking. I have to end up parking by the office and I live at the other end which is horrible. Parking shouldn't ...be an issue and false promises on fixing this issue to get tenants should be illegal.
