This building is poorly managed. Hallways and common areas are falling apart because of lack of maintenance.

I've been living at Vilara for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. I looked at so many different complexes throughout Orange County and fell in love with Vilara after my first visit. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly from the moment I had called in. The apartments have all the modern applicances you could need and all the apartments boast luxury from all their finishing touches. I love the layout as well. The complex has a next level gym thats open 24/7 and has an amazing ...
pool / jacuzzi. Everyone that works there has been always been amazing and is one of the main reasons why I moved here and continue to live here as well. Thank you Veronica, Paulina, and Rick for making this such a great community to call home

I would not recommend this apartment to any close friends or family. If you can’t feel safe at your own apartment, it doesn’t matter how nice anything is. Security is absolutely needed and I would not recommend the complex until then.

Veronica and the Vilara team are amazing, they go above and beyond to make our experience at Vilara enjoyable. The amenities are beautiful too, we’ve already made great memories at the pool, rooftop jacuzzi, and grills. They also are very strategic with doggie bag locations and trash bins.

Have lived here for a year and a half. Love the airy and open feel to our home. Leasing office is always friendly and welcoming. Any maintenance is handled quickly and efficiently. Extra care given to taking care of community and common areas. Pool is refreshing. As are both spas (the one on the roof has a fabulous view!). Gym is well outfitted for any workout needs you may have. BBQ's are well used but never crowded and BBQ's kept in good working condition and clean. Love living here.
