You get what you pay for
February 19, 20192 Bedroom 1 1/2 bath with lots of storage. 1 parking spot per unit. There is a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers but they have never been clen and are always breaking down. It's better to go to the laundry mat down the street. the driveway gate is always busted and the front gate doesn't lock. Manager isn't attentive and very rude. Building is breaking down and needs major improvement.Review from Apartments.com
Good but not great
August 12, 20152 bedroom apartments within walking distance of the Downtown Burbank Mall. Police station, Hospital and Fire department are all very close. Price is about 1600/month. There is a good sized pool. Coin operated laundry though I wouldn't recommend them. Better laundry man is just down the street. Biggest problem is getting things fixed. The building manager is a nice guy, but to get things fixed takes a long time. The maintenance man is terrible. 1 parking space per apartment. Street ...parking is available. Only limitations are on Thursday and Friday for street sweeping. Parking tickets are about $45 Overall, not bad for the price, but there is room for improvement.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
