Great place to hang your hat
February 23, 2022Front staff & maintenance personal are awesome!! I had a couple issues in 2 years and they were resolved quickly (leaky roof from hurricane & light bulbs needing replacing) I feel very safe in this neighborhood, no matter the time of day/night. Complex
November 19, 2021Buildings are poorly kept up bugs and spider webs hang in front of most doors, front gate gets broken every other month, residents cars are regularly broken into or tires are taken off and left on bricks. All and all this complex just wants your money.Review from Apartments.com

October 1, 2017The staff is nice. It's pretty quiet around here. Unfortunately, the upkeep of the buildings sucks. Tons of bugs as well. I've had to bomb my apartment 3 times since moving in. (Once a month) Not quite resort living as they say.Property Manager Responded

Nice place
August 5, 2015Went to this place to check it out. The rent for the 3 bedroom is $1405 a month and they require you to have at least 3 times that a month in income before becoming a resident there. The application for it also costs $50 per person or $70 per couple staying there. Beautiful place, just a bit pricey.Property Manager Responded
