  • Fantastic management and nice new apartment

    This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. Any sort of problem we’ve had (ex dishwasher stopped working) was fix pretty much immediately. The management incredibly fair and reasonable and has locked the rate we signed up with for 3 years now. If you follow the very logical rules set up by management you will have no issues!

    Lived here for almost 3 years , didn't have any major issues with condition of property. Neighbors were friendly,the property management team is amazing especially Christian , he handled everything we needed professionally and in a timely manner. Communication was great . The parking in front gets filled fast a night, but personally I didn't have any issues.I would recommend this property to others.

    My first place and its a bit pricey but I guess you can its worth it but I feel they should take at least 100 off our tent because they have pool/spa and gym close people are always parking infront of your garage and the apartment didn’t make enough parking space if wasn’t for the empty lot in front don’t think people would live here the manger chris is great! and very understanding he’s a great manger he minds his business at night homeless people come inside and dig threw the dumpers the ...
    Maintenance man is kinda mean and rude he doesn’t pick up the trash bin it just Piles up every body minds there Business here I hope the rent goes down because I would love stay here another year this was my first home
