April 26, 2017It's been bad; area's unsafe, scorpions in the sink and shower, garbage disposal doesn't work, there's roaches, spiders, crickets, every single bug native to the Mojave desert has been inside my apartment, they do their leaf blowing at 9am by my window. Its cheap but I don't walk anywhere, the area is garbage. I've come home to drug deals, sketchy people staking out, homeless dudes camping across the street, pretty sure there's been gunshots within the complex. August 28, 2015This apartment has recently initiated a new rental policy that I believe is contrary to all rental tradition. They are now prorating utilities, charging odd mail-billed monthly amounts based on apartment size and number of occupants, and to add insult to injury, they charge each of us an additional monthly billing fee. So we now pay about $10 more then the agreed-on figure. Give me a break! This place has recently obtained a very good maintenance man (unlike his predecessor) and the manager is ...so-so. An example of poor management: the pool was locked on July 4th this year! And we usually have to walk to the office multiple times to find it unlocked. This place has nice trees, fair lawns, adequate parking, and the architecture is at least interesting. The lounge area is locked most of the time and there is a fitness room, also locked. (These are more for show than for use.) The one bedroom unit we have has large rooms and a good sized outdoor deck, which we appreciate. We have had to tweak many of the objects here to obtain proper use: door fit and function, faucets, stove knobs, patio sliding door, others. All in all, it serves, and after three years here, we will not be sad to see it go in another few months.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 3, 2015Am 69 year old active Senior Citizen, living on Social Security Retirement Income. Moved to Las Vegas 3 years ago for cost of living purposes. Have nice one bedroom, one bath apartment, 734 sq. ft., with patio. Comes with stove, refrigerator, dish washer, ceiling fans, central air/heating. Rent is $600, includes water and trash pickup. Pet friendly. 5 minutes from 24 hour buses, near shopping and Las Vegas Strip (love those hotel buffets). Pros: Large Apartment for the money. Clubhouse/gym ...and wash room are great. Cons: Pool is small. Trash needs to be picked up more than twice a week. Overall, fits my lifestyle.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Noise and vagrents
July 31, 2015This used to be a great apartment complex but now between the homeless wandering around and the noisy neighbors its really gone down hill.Complianing to the management doesn't help.Neighbors are loud and allow their children to run around unattended till almost midnight.Im moving!Im done.Review from Apartments.com
