I would personally recommend this community to anyone as long as they have a reasonably high tolerance for noise and are not very loud themselves. I personally do not find the noise from the train to be a bother, but some people who have visited me at the apartment have said the noise is quite loud. I think perhaps the floors are also somewhat thin, as our upstairs neighbors are quite loud, but I am used to it.
