Water, water and more water.
May 6, 2022I recently moved into one of the new renovated units. Right off the bat there were a plethora of issues (a huge water burst happened under the kitchen sink, the heater didn't work, the tub didn't have a knob for the hot water neither would any water run at all out of it) just to name A FEW. Now, after the latest water extraction in the bathroom, there is water trapped under the vinyl flooring and it keeps seeping through and soaking the floor anytime it's walked on. And the worst part, nobody ...will come out to properly fix the issue. The lady at the office is said to be on her way out. And it's kinda showing because her care about this is flat and almost nonexistent. This was my first apartment and it hasn't been a very enjoyable one. January 31, 2019These are the worst apartments to ever move in. Poor upkeeping and the plumbing is the worst!!! My bathroom floods at LEAST 3 times a month!!! They never keep a property manager, so my work orders are always lost.Review from Apartments.com
