November 11, 2019I’ve lived here since 2007 so take it from me I’ve seen people come and go sometimes you have nice people at the leasing office and sometimes rude but the matience is awesome the quality of apartment is great people do tend to come and go at the leasing office tho but I recommend the community itself is friendly sometimes they host events for the community to get togetherReview from Apartments.com

August 22, 2019I was about to move in to these apartments and 3 days before move in date they didn’t have my apartment ready and it wasn’t even the same floor plan. Terrible service at the front desk. Nobody communicates here. I dodged a bullet.Review from Apartments.com
Pretty good Apartment
October 7, 2015I actually like living here. The side of the apartments I live on is quiet. For being in Rancho Santa Margarita the rent is great. It is cheaper then the other complexes. The only thing that I dislike is that during the holidays we can not put wreaths or decorations on the door and patio. They think it looks tacky.
