Disgusting
August 8, 2016The new manager will not take action on our multiple requests. Neighbors are rude and smoke weed all the time. Throughout the whole complex there is screaming and fighting. The complex is messy and people leave their trash bags on the side of the walkway, 60ft from the trash cans. Everyone there is rude and inconsiderable including the manager.Review from Apartments.com
Bellflower's Choice
July 28, 2015It’s hard to find a peaceful home away from the chaos and noise of Los Angeles County’s unendingly busy scene. My husband I found the tranquility we were looking for at Villa La Paz apartments, and so far we have continued to be pleased with our little home. Unlike many nearby apartments, it is an enclosed courtyard-style community with 24-hour security, beautiful landscaping, three pools, and several laundry facilities. The staff is constistently helpful, and our neighbors are quiet and ...courteous. Location is also perfect, being that we are very close to the freeways and of course the beach. Despite being in a city known for its less-than-ideal areas, Villa La Paz is in a safe neighborhood bordering the more up-scale city of Cerritos. Our only complaint is the parking, since one of our vehicles always has to be on the street and sometimes it’s quite an inconvenience. Otherwise, we are happy with the many amenities that are included in our rent (side note: all utilities are paid except for electricity). I researched apartments for four months and after all of my searching, I am happy I took the time to read reviews and compare, and that we did not settle for less.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wish I could live here!
March 30, 2014Hello, Lisa showed us around and she was great, very personable, yet professional. This is a beautiful Apartment complex, apartments in side are beautiful, very well maintained, wonderful amenities and great location. But a little bit out of our range. They do pay some utilities which is very helpful, but is too much for our budget. If the rent was a little bit lower, I could see myself living here. Thank you,Review from Apartments.com
