I have lived at Villa Madrid for over 30 years. The staff are professionals. If there is anything that needs to be fixed it is usually done in the same day. I have had staff come on the weekends if there is an emergency.
The apartment I have is large. Almost everything has been updated and upgraded over the years.
One of the things I love best is that they care about my needs as someone who is disabled and have gone above and beyond to help.
Safe and peaceful environment.

I lived in Villa Madrid from 2016 to 2019. My family felt secure all the time. They had a lot rules, but were very easy to follow. The whole area was always clean, specially the swimming pool, maintenance was fast to help, and the manager/owner of the apartments was making sure all the residents were heard and their needs were met.

Apartments look "nice" but come with the problems of an old property. Aside from lack of proper maintenance there is no communication or existence of management. Water is constantly shut off without notice due to "emergencies" happening multiple times a month. Save yourself a headache and rent anywhere but here!!
You do NOT want to move in there. Trust me.

The apartments themselves are not bad. The management is horrible and the maintenance is none existent. We lived with lukewarm water for the better part of a year. We kept being told that there was nothing wrong. Turned out that the pipes were bad and were fixed 11 months after initial complaint. Forget about parking, if you don’t have your tags or your guests’ passes, your car WILL be towed. 0 tolerance. And you better bet on donating whatever deposits you need because you will NOT be ...

My son found this apartment for me as I was living 1500 miles away. My son knew of my needs and financing as I was separating from my husband. The complex here worked with me long distance and over phones,etc. To help my son get me here. The apartments are very comfortable. The landscaping is gorgeous aND is kept well . inside is roomy, closets are spacious. There pool and hot tubs are separated so it gives privacy to the adults. This was just what is needed to start out new, to start over ...
again or for small families. It is gated so there is a felling of security also. Love it
