Do Not Fall For the "Luxury Apartment" Trap
February 25, 2024Multiple car break-ins over the past few months with one car being stolen. This is due to the gates being broken and always open. Also, there is a serious problem with geese here. Geese poop literally everywhere, cannot even take your dog on a walk without stepping on geese poop. The geese also keep you up all night long and in the early morning. Finally, there is no soundproofing. You can hear everything your neighbors do. I suggest looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Villa Milano EXCEEDS expectations by a MILE!!
September 12, 2022We hadn’t lived in an apartment for decades, but after selling our house last year, we wanted to find a very nice, luxurious place to live until we could figure out what we wanted to do. We were referred to Villa Milano, and after living here for almost a year, it’s SO MUCH better than we had thought and hoped for. We initially thought that this might be a nice place to live for a year or two, but we may actually be here for a "long time". If there’s ever a service request, the service team ...normally has it completed before the end of the day. April 27, 2021Great location. Management always responds quickly. Anytime I’ve needed a maintenance issue addressed they are on it same day, typically within the first hour. Club house is always welcoming and helpful. The property is extremely well maintained. No over crowded parking lots. Very private. Most neighbors are conscious of each other’s surroundings. Built cheaply
February 2, 2018You can here everything from your neighbors above or below you including the toilets flushing down the pipes. Gated communities are worthless if the gates are always broken. The trash system is terrible. Management is awfulProperty Manager Responded

Love Villa Milano!
August 1, 2017I've lived at Villa Milano for 2 years and have loved every minute. The floor plan of my 1 bedroom apt is perfect for my lifestyle and has plenty of closet space. The attached garage is a wonderful luxury. The other residents are nice and friendly, and courteous. The complex as a whole is quiet, beautifully landscaped and very well cared for. The office and maintenance staff are always reliable, trustworthy and respond right away. What could be improved? Can't think of one thing!Review from Apartments.com

Quality of Living Depends on Your Neighbors
August 6, 2016My family has lived here for 3 months and we have had many problems with two different neighbors. One neighbor is home to a young lady that has a little dog that likes to bark at all hours of the day. She sits outside one of my bedroom windows, talks on the phone and smokes while her dog runs outside barking at everything during late hours of the night. This makes it hard to sleep. My neighbor upstairs is very loud. She has two little dogs that like to bark a lot as well and stomps around ...her apartment all hours of the night. Also, she is very loud when her boyfriend visits. Not the kind of thing you want your children to hear. Pros are the location, amenities and helpful and nice maintenance staff. The complex is clean and kept in great shape. Overall- would recommend
July 13, 2016Great place to live, the staff is extremely nice and very helpful. I would say the best things about the complex are the amenities, updated apartment finishes, and office staff/maintenance. The only cons I would give them is the small bug problem I've had and the utilities. I've had quite a few spiders since moving in (only slightly more than any apartment would have) and recently had an issue with millipedes. However, after calling the office they had maintenance come out the next day to spray ...around my house to help until the pest control service they use could come the next week. The other issue I had was with my electric bill which reached $160/month in the winter for one person. I called the office on the issue and they had maintenance come out and re-caulk my windows to help insulate better. My bills have been a lot lower since (averaging $60/month-still higher than previous apartments I lived in). I made the mistake of waiting to call until the end of winter though so I'm not sure how much it really helped vs the weather just improving. Despite the small problems, this has been a great place and I would recommend it just because the staff tries so hard to remedy anything you are having a problem with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Villa Milano Brought Me Home
August 11, 2015When I walk outside my apartment about 11 0'clock at night, I can see the same stars I saw as a kid. Our complex feels like a neighborhood, not a bunch of apartment buildings: open spaces and landscaping like a home's yard with trees and flowers. I chat with friends walking down the street, I can see a movie with a friend in the theater at the Clubhouse, take a dip in the saltwater pool, exercise, or entertain my family in the Clubhouse kitchen. Shopping, restaurants, funplaces are all close, but ...I still get that small town feeling with a field of soybeans just across the street. July 20, 2015This is a brand new complex. Everything is really pretty. Granite counter tops, stainless appliances. Nice tile in bathroom. Nice big closets and overall good square footage. Wish my garage was actually accessible from my apartment but it's close enough. For being new, there have been some kinks that have had to be worked out. It's been a slow process getting those taken care of. Close to lots of things to do and not far from highways and interstates. Overall a quiet community with nice ...amenities.
