BAD MANAGEMENT
January 6, 2021Horrible management, this place is literally falling apart and so many empty apartments. Maintenance is very lazy with remodeling and upkeep and a majority of the washers and dryers are broken. This place is going downhill fast.Review from Apartments.com

Bad Management!
June 2, 2020This place has cheap affordable rent but at price. Property management is very poor and really just does the bare minimum. I’ve been here for a while and noticed people moving out and empty apartments have stayed empty for a long time but not remodeled. Maintenance is bad. Just quick patch jobs. No communication between management and tenants even when water is being shut off. Super inconvenient and very inconsiderate of the manager.Review from Apartments.com
Bad Management
May 12, 2020This place has horrible management. It’s very hard to come in contact with the property manager and/or get maintenance to fix something. They give you a date, never show up and then don’t reach out to reschedule. Parking can be hard to find and the recent remodeling is very poorly done. Rent fluctuates and never stays the same. In the past year or so it has gone up and down twice. It a nice “in the meantime” place but a lot of people are moving out.Review from Apartments.com
Bad management- unprofessional
February 7, 2019I had an appointment with Viviana to apply for an apartment that isn’t even listed yet. She called at the appointment time to inform me she leased it to someone else. we had been communicating for a couple weeks and had everything ready to put the deposit down months ahead of the available move in date. Extremely unsatisfied with the professionalism of the management. She claims she didn’t have my number but I had emailed her recently and had my number on there so she could have easily emailed ...me or found my number on there before I drove out. August 13, 2015Villa Morocco is located in an ideal part of La Mesa, close to shopping and restaurants. It is a multi dwelling complex composed of apartments, townhouses and duplexes. August 9, 2015I moved here 4 years ago and love it.The complex is quiet, 24 hour laundry facilities, on site management and assigned parking. August 9, 2015The Villa Morroco Apartments are some of the best apartments I've lived in. The community surrounding it is great, plus the people are always friendly. They haven't let me down in any way. They tend to any problem you might have right away and do an excellent job. The apartments are extremely spacious and well taken care of. They're close to my school, and several shopping/grocery stores which is really convenient. I would recommend these to anybody trying to find a place to move in to.
