class. Management isn't the best here. You will literally need to put in a bad review through their survey system just for them to pay any attention to your needs. The maintenance crew here have better work etiquette than the management. We live by Hazard and every time a big rig passes, you will definitely feel the apartment shake from upstairs. We've had ant problems from the time we moved in. The weirdest thing about it is they keep coming out of the drain of the bath tub and the kitchen drain. We ALWAYS get big, black, hairy spiders in our bedroom ceiling. We get them so often, I make it a routine to check my ceilings before I go to bed. Sometimes they lurk in the closet, but it's always in the master bedroom (I HATE spiders!). Thankfully, i haven't encountered them in the spare bedroom (son's room). I feel I am on the fence with recommending this place. I wouldn't because of the management and "extra pets" we get. For the cost and amenities and the fact they accept large dogs, I would definitely.

are reading some of the other reviews, please don't take them seriously. JUst go there yourself and make your own decision.

from grocery stores, cinema's, post office and more. AND, I love being close to the 405 if I have to go North or South. Did I mention the two swimming pools or how close I am too the beach!! Great for the kids. After living in Hollywood for sometime, this place is perfect!! Rent is cheap compared to most places, I would recommend Villa Pacific to anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to call home.
