September 18, 2022Older reviews don't apply. Updated locks and camera monitored entry gates. I have an assigned parking spot within remote controlled gates (extra fee). I've left my car unlocked & never had a problem. Pool is awesome. I've never seen a bug, at all, of any kind in the apartment. There is the occasional cricket outside. Yes, it's older, but the apartments are great & the grounds are lush & well kept. Sure, there's a train nearby, but, I've never woke due to it passing. By my 3rd month I didn't even ...notice it at all, ever. They allow service dogs. Must have proper documentation & be leashed within complex. Old Town Orange is a 10 minute walk. The beach is about a 20 minute drive. There's a nice park about .3 miles away with a pretty trail. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'm on the 2nd floor, in a 2 bed, 2 bath. The rooms are a good size, HUGE closets. The bathroom showers have great water pressure with high spouts and nice bathtubs. There's plenty of storage & counter space. There's a living room and dining area. There's a nice cross breeze that comes thru. I mean... Come check it out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Quiet building by loud train tracks
July 26, 2015Management has a lot of rules but you learn to appreciate it with the spotless facilities. They also take care of maintenance requests really fast and are affordable by OC standards. Downside is it's next to the train tracks but you get used to it. I'd stay here for years if they allowed dogs.Review from Apartments.com
