Villa Rae Apartments

never had an issue with anly of my neighbors smoking or my appointment smelling like smoke. Management believes this is your home and should feel that way, therefore they will not dictate whether you can smoke or not in your own home. I plan on staying here for a long time and would recommend anyone looking for a home in an apartment setting to come here. Again....I LOVE THIS PLACE!!

by unknown bugs. On notifying the onsite manager we hoped for some bug treatment to address the problem as our daughter had to be taken to the ER but to no avail. I left voice messages personally at ALL folks at their main office, not one called me back. After 3 weeks of the issue a guy appeared and did some treatment after the cold had started and all bugs were already gone. This is also a smoking apartment complex and as it got colder our apartment has smelt of ciggerete smoke constantly. On complaining to the management they told us it’s not their issue, since these aren’t smoking free apartments. Currently our master bedroom bathroom is broke and they’re giving us the run around once again. It’s been 5 days and no one has fixed our problem despite knowing it’s broke. Having clearly told them it’s broke they refuse to send anyone over, when they did send someone he did a sloppy job and didn’t fix the problem. I’m so tired of their incompetent maintence and tired of their extremely poor communication. I can’t wait to leave these apartments, please find a different apartment complex, they’re awful.
