Best place that I ever lived

My name is Ruben, I lived 2 years at Villa Regale, I enjoyed the amenities such as the pool, gym, and coffee area, but other than the apartments layout is great, I have to say that the community is great, calm and friendly, I never heard a party that did not let me sleep, also the staff lives there at the complex and I rely to saw that they do day and night walks through to maintain piece and clean areas. I recommend this complex and I would live there again for sure.

Management never bothered to do their walks around the complex to make sure everything was quiet, management themselves admitted that. They allowed all the professionals leave and brought in a bunch of college millenials, loud with constant parties. When we moved in it was ok for a couple of months then the loud noise and noisy neighbors, the walls are so thin. And tenants never followed rules, all that was done was send text messages which no one ever followed. These are not luxurious ...
apartments do not fall for the name. Go elsewhere and look for true apartments also to make things worst, they increased their rents while many other apartments brought theirs down.

We LOVED being part of this community! It was an amazing 3 years for us in there and it felt just like home! Loved every about Villa Regale. Management was great and always responded quickly and effectively, gym was always in great condition, pool was alway ready to go and grills were ready to use.

I spent weeks researching apartments and I ended up deciding on Villa Regale. I could not be happier. The apartments are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive--make sure to ask for Sandy, she is amazing. The location is ideal--close to the running path, plenty of restaurants, and centrally located. And the community feels safe and friendly. Definitely a great place to be.

Villa Regale is by far the best bang for your buck! With state of the art amenities and great customer service every time! The staff is always there to help and support you! They host several meet and greet opportunities throughout the year to get you out of your luxurious apartment and have you meet your neighbors! They also do lots of ticket giveaways! Fun activities for kids too! Oh did I mention the perfect size dog park? It just doesn’t get any better than this!

We have lived here for almost two years now and my son and I love it. The staff and the management are always so helpful, kind, and available. They all go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are happy and safe. The apartments are beautiful, well taken care of, and sooooo spacious! We highly recommend living here!
