Enough to get by
June 10, 2025No lights at all in far parking lot near a trail strangers can just walk up. AC not working maintenance man comes in questioning you like you lied on your work order description. Then taps stuff and claims it’s working. Even though units no where up to code for Texas heat but ownership too cheap to approve mgmt to replace anything. Police have to come often to stop trespassers treating pool like it’s public. If appliance is breaking down maintenance tells you put up with it or they will just ...bring you older appliance they repaired instead replacing. Outstanding Custer service
June 4, 2025I just renewed my lease because the customer service here is outstanding. Esmeralda and the rest of the ladies in the office are always so helpful and kind. The maintenance team is great, too—always quick and efficient. I was seriously considering moving out, but then I realized how much the staff here genuinely care. Great Location
January 21, 2025Just moved to my apartment and to be honest i can be happier, i have a great view of the greenbelt park. The leasing staff was great I work with Esmeralda and she was very kind and and helpful.Property Manager Responded
