Not worth the hassle. The place looks ok from the outside, but it’s poorly managed. I didn’t catch on when they wanted me to sign the lease before they allowed me to do a walkthrough of the apartment. The gate to the parking garage breaks at least every other month and if you work late good luck finding reasonable parking. Everyone else parks where they want to including in the grass and the wrong side of the road. The dryers only have two functional dryers out of the 6. The only thing that is ...
properly maintained Is the grass in the courtyard that gets cut every Friday morning. They have raised the rent the past three years. Stay away from this place.
