Before coming to view Villa Square my husband and I were very skeptical. Once seeing it for ourselves we knew we’d found the perfect place to settle in after moving back to CT. Simon and Angelina always went above and beyond, any complaint or concern was always addressed promptly and handled appropriately. All amenities are exactly as advertised, it’s been an absolute pleasure living here. We’ve never noticed a single issue that’s been mentioned in other reviews. The only reason we are leaving is ...

I highly do not recommend this apartment to anyone. The unit themselves have very thin walls. The "maintenance" people don't properly handle requests. The monthly pest controls that didn't even control the pests. The communication is poor, this whole place is a joke. The management only care about themselves and not the tenants.
