I recently relocated to Villa Toscana from California and I am sooo incredibly pleased with this move. The apartments are so cute and I adore my floor plan. The grass here is always lush, green, and clean. Very quiet complex no trash or nuisance on the whole property! I have lived here two years. They tricked my partner into signing a lease increase without me being there. I’m also on the lease. They covered the price we would have to pay and told them, they had to sign without telling them what it was. We went from paying 1,000 a month to close to 1,400. Random fees with a decrease in amenities. Out of no where they put up reserved parking signs for parking spots that were free. Now we have to pay for another spot. We have to pay more money now for a ...
maintenance fee that is supposed to take care of the grounds. Trash is everywhere. We can’t take our dog for a walk without her trying to eat chicken bones, dead birds, and cigarettes. Recently they replaced a lot of grass with rocks. So they don’t need to spend more money on water. We have to pay a trash disposal fee. Someone takes our trash out for us 5 times a week. We don’t need that. We live by a dumpster. Neighbors keep trash in front of door without a trash can. Neighbors are constantly parking in fire lanes. Making it hard to back out or leave. People abandoned cars in free parking spots. I told the office this is unfair I have to pay for a spot while others use a spot for storage. Office is always closed. Had a bad leak in my apartment that was urgent. Maintenance didn’t show up till a day later. Drains are always clogged. It’s hard taking a shower with water not going through the drain. Everything in the apartment is falling apart. Not worth the price and random fees. Everyone in the office is rude and dismissive. No one walks their dogs on leashes. Weird disgusting smell by pool. Can’t walk by there. They don’t hire anyone to clean. Just an extra fee Can’t use laundry mat. They decreased the size of washers and increased price. Always dirty and gross. Clothes get trapped in washer and ruined. Pay over 200 dollars a month during summer for APS when our apartment is too hot. Constantly ac is close to 80

Villa Toscana is a great location. Banks, restaurants,grocery store, mall and many other things within walking distance. Apartment was not quite as advertised. Studio has no microwave and no dishwasher. Staff is nice and professional. Im four months into my 12 month lease and will most likely sign another year when this one is up.

Great apartment, I had just a few issues I would like to share. Since my time living there, which happens to be roughly about three years now, I've enjoyed my stay. Rent was reasonable, office staff were nice, neighborhood is great, but one advice I would leave for future potential residents is before you sign your name on the lease make sure everything in your apartment works. Dishwasher, oven, fridge, etc...

I am quite disappointed with this gated community. From my tour, I thought things were always locked up, but it's only nights & weekends....that is IF they are even working. I was under the impression the grounds were maintained but it's more because neighbors are careless (however nice enough). They don't always pick up after their pets or themselves (cigarettes & garbage left too). My apartment wasn't even CLOSE to prepared for me to move in, I've done more than most of the cleaning (still am) ...
& too many things broken or need work on to list. If I had more time to look, more options I would not have moved here. I only did it quick because the staff was really nice the day I signed my lease, I was in a hurry & what I SAW, I actually believed I was getting. I hope they eventually do come through & fix what can be fixed (at the very least the major things)...since at this point there is no way I can be away for several days to take care of everything the right way. Just wish I felt like I actually meant something as a renter to them. Instead I hear every time I try to make appointments they are so busy (or have SO many other people they need to accommodate) & why my appointments are being forgotten or changed.
