October 5, 2015Villa Toscana is a great location. Banks, restaurants,grocery store, mall and many other things within walking distance. Apartment was not quite as advertised. Studio has no microwave and no dishwasher. Staff is nice and professional. Im four months into my 12 month lease and will most likely sign another year when this one is up.Review from Apartments.com

Rent was reasonable, office staff were nice, neighborhood is great, but one advice I would leave for future potential residents is before you sign your name on the lease make sure everything in your apartment works. July 24, 2015I am quite disappointed with this gated community. From my tour, I thought things were always locked up, but it's only nights & weekends....that is IF they are even working. I was under the impression the grounds were maintained but it's more because neighbors are careless (however nice enough). They don't always pick up after their pets or themselves (cigarettes & garbage left too). My apartment wasn't even CLOSE to prepared for me to move in, I've done more than most of the cleaning (still am) ...& too many things broken or need work on to list. If I had more time to look, more options I would not have moved here. I only did it quick because the staff was really nice the day I signed my lease, I was in a hurry & what I SAW, I actually believed I was getting. I hope they eventually do come through & fix what can be fixed (at the very least the major things)...since at this point there is no way I can be away for several days to take care of everything the right way. Just wish I felt like I actually meant something as a renter to them. Instead I hear every time I try to make appointments they are so busy (or have SO many other people they need to accommodate) & why my appointments are being forgotten or changed.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
