Water gets shut off consistently for OVER A YEAR now without warning and the notices they do send are after it’s already off. What a joke! Plumbing needs to be redone but landlord is obviously too cheap to do so.

This is by far the best apartment community I have lived in. From the start, the community has been very welcoming. The apartments are well kept, and a maintenance request is ever needed, it is normally serviced the very next day! Rent is paid through an online system which is hassle-free as it automatically deducts the rent from my checking account every month so that I never have to worry about paying rent. The property is pet-friendly, and all pets are quiet and well behaved so you never have ...
an issue. Many times that I have guests over, they are impressed by how well the property is cleaned and maintenance (especially considering that it is pet-friendly!) My apartment has a beautiful fireplace and lovely private patio. The property manager, Maria, is also the best I have ever worked with. She knows her business and is quick to resolve any issues that arise. Also, this is a prime location just a few blocks away from supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, laundromats (although there are two laundry facilities in this community), restaurants, schools, and parks. Overall love where I live and look forward to staying long-term!
