I lived here with my dad for a couple years and had consistent plumbing issues with the bathroom in the unit above us leaking down onto us around once a month also had problems with the facility washer leaking under our carpet and causing mold issues every time we called maintenance, they would say they get back to us, but they never did fix the hole in our ceiling in the bathroom They would just come in and do a bunch of random things for a few hours and then leave we went without a dishwasher ...
for a year straight because they simply never got to fix it on top of all that my dad‘s car got broken into at least four times a year when we live there and when he contacted the apartment about it, they were not helpful at all. Save yourself the trouble
