Would not recommend
August 24, 2025I lived here with my dad for a couple years and had consistent plumbing issues with the bathroom in the unit above us leaking down onto us around once a month also had problems with the facility washer leaking under our carpet and causing mold issues every time we called maintenance, they would say they get back to us, but they never did fix the hole in our ceiling in the bathroom They would just come in and do a bunch of random things for a few hours and then leave we went without a dishwasher ...for a year straight because they simply never got to fix it on top of all that my dad‘s car got broken into at least four times a year when we live there and when he contacted the apartment about it, they were not helpful at all. do not live here!
May 10, 2024My daughter's car was stolen from this complex so we got her a garage @ $60 a month. Her garage was broken into as the garage is cheaply made and they broke through the back wall. Management did nothing!!!!! They do not care. Worst management company ever! Think twice before living here. My niece lives in the same complex her car was stolen as well and then they tried to steal it again during the day! Granted our own fault for having a Hyundai but you would think mgmnt would have concerns, ...nope!Property Manager Responded

Great first apartment experience
April 16, 2024Villa Vinee was our first apartment, and over three years, it provided us with a generally positive experience. While the apartment itself was a bit dated and the walls were on the thin side, the shared laundry facilities were a minor inconvenience offset by the fair pricing at the time. Management was consistently responsive, and the maintenance team demonstrated commendable dedication. Additionally, its proximity to various amenities added to its appeal. Cheap but at what cost
February 7, 2024I have lived at these apartments for three years now and I will say that this area is nice because it is close to a lot but I would advise looking into a different complex when looking .he maintenance is great they are always around fixing things and cleaning things up but they are also always around fixing things and in the way and making tons of noise and taking up parking spots. The office workers are never available and never really help out in any ways they never answer the phones and ...deflect a lot of problems that come up back onto yourself. There is no cameras anywhere in the parking lots and cars get broken into all of the time. It is a fine price for what you get but I would recommend looking elsewhere for your next apartment.Property Manager Responded

Tricky Unethical Rent/Deposit "policies", Stay Away!!!
May 9, 2023Two roommates wanted to rent an apartment at Villa Vinee (Robert Hancock & Co properties), both need to apply and be approved, not just one roommate (per Robert Hancock & Co policy). Both roommates apply within a day of each other and pay the deposit. First roommate was approved 8 days later after rent went up $6/month. The approval letter had the incorrect rental date (May 19, 2023 not June 1, 2023 as the application stated). A request for approval letter with corrected date of June 1 was ...made. Onsite management said they would correct the date, but rent will go up another $10/mo. NO APPROVAL LETTER WAS EVER RECIEVED WITH THE CORRECT DATE. First roommate informed Villa Vinee that they will not be renting an apartment and requested the deposit back. Initial e-mail form onsite management reply stated the first applicant would receive the deposit back in 7-10 days. Days later, another e-mail said VILLA VINEE WILL NOT BE RETURNING THE DEPOSIT BECAUSE IT WAS MORE THAN 3 DAYS AFTER THE INCORRECT APPROVAL LETTER. Repeated e-mails and phone calls with onsite management were unsuccessful. "We have a business to run. We have several apartments open, not rented" was the last quote heard. Easy stay
October 26, 2018I really like these apartments and recommended them to others, large layout, great price, smoke free, I like that they have people who come every week and clean the hallways as well, etc. I’ve never had a problem with neighbors being overly loud, maintenance has always came and fixed or changed what I needed quickly. Idk honestly this place has been a lot easier to live in then some of my other apartments here in town. I’ve lived here for a year and a half currently I’m moving soon but that’s due ...to an out of stay move.Property Manager Responded

Don’t do it.
September 28, 2018I am a current resident and they overcharge. Our water has been shut off at least 6 times in the past 3 weeks. The property manager says he is here to help you but isn’t. Honestly find a different complex because this one isn’t worth the money.Property Manager Responded

Excellent Value
April 13, 2016I have lived at Villa Vinee for three years and love it here. They are comfortable, well-maintained apartments at a good price. Management are awesome, willing to work with you, and just good people. Any maintenance I needed was done by the next day, and the staff was very professional. Solid Apartments
August 21, 2015I have lived in these apartments for one year now and they have been wonderful. From the start, the management was amazing and they treated you like you were one of their friends. They are always very helpful and very friendly. Maintenance is AMAZING. I never had to wait longer than a day for service when something went wrong. They were always kind and respectful. The apartments are nice and clean with a nice setup. I would have liked larger closets, but I made it work. The hallways also ...could be kept a little cleaner, but they seem to be doing some remodeling and may have plans for them in the future. Parking is the worst aspect of these apartments. There were many people left to park on the curb of their parking lot and that just was never convenient. Never had a problem with the neighbors, everyone has been pretty friendly. Couldn't ask for more
August 13, 2015I live in village vine apts and all I can say is that it is in a great location, you have restaurants 5 minutes walking distance. They take care of their buildings and if you ever need maintenance you could either call their 24 hours service or use the online service. Great customer service, always there for you answering all of your questions. Rent is affordable and the apartments are big in the inside with walking closets plus their balconies are also big.
