August 18, 2015They other review was obviously done by the manager of this place! This place is a dump! It is not maintained! The rent is over priced for what you get! The arpartments are not cleaned and ready to move in even after the previous renter had moved out two weeks earlier! So guess what you get to do it! No new paint or carpets cleaned as well. Anything that was cleaned was done by the previous renter. And that's not saying much! The windows have failed and not been replaced! The walk ways are filthy ...and unkept! I don't think this place has seen a pressure washer since pressure washers were invented! Much less a hose! They allow other renters to use barbecue outside their apt on the walkway where the smoke raises up into the apts above and to the side of where you can't keep your windows or door open without the smoke coming in. This is allso a fire code violation! Whoever owns this place needs to step up and spend the money to update and manage this place properly! If you like living in a slum in Bothell this the place for you! I'm not sure how they've gotten away with this this long? Unbelievable!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
