September 15, 2025Hi! I live in the Village Apartments in Cave Creek. I have been here for several years and have been in AZ since 1999. The team we have are great! This is a great trio and they really work together. They are very communicative, prompt and professional. I have not encountered any problems that have not been promptly solved by them AND with no complaints. They communicate with us and with one another and any issues have always been resolved. Lead and Roaches
December 21, 2023There's lead in the water and a german cockroach infestation. The maintenance is nonexistent. The laundry machines never work. The water heaters break constantly. The company that owns them will not respond to any complaints but if you're late on paying they'll have you served immediately.Review from Apartments.com
