This place is awful. They promised in the contract to to exterminate monthly and failed to do so. They were horrible at fixing repairs. They had a high turnover rate with property management. We had 3 in the short time we were there. They cleaned around the property very poorly after the Hispanic guy stopped cleaning up and cutting the grass. Also, they preferred money over quality.
