May 28, 2025Village east is a pretty sight and it has wonderful amenities! But it’s not cleaned well when you move in. The floors make your feet black, the washer stinks, the vents are so dirty, paint is stuck to the floors. The counters are very pretty but if you look closely, there’s stains and chips in them. It seems great because of the staged living spaces you walk through but when you get your own place, it’s not as great. January 14, 2025Lived here for almost a month now and so far so good! Love the amenities both in the apartment and in complex, we love the interior and the kitchen Island is an awesome benefit! Any issues were been fixed in a very timely matter, and the only complaint had is the smart system/app doesn't work very well if at all, but that is minor in comparison to everything else that's good!Review from Apartments.com

November 28, 2024We like the amenities and updated features of the apartment. However, storage is extremely lacking, refrigerator is very small in a space that allows much bigger, and bathtubs are very narrow if you're a bath person. I would not recommend an apartment around the pool area as the noise is awful continuing into the night a lot of times. Parking is an issue as well unless you use the covered space or pay extra for a garage. The open spaces are hard to come by especially for visitors. Maintenance is ...great and respond quickly, Management is friendly and professional. Overall, it wouldn't be high on my recommendation list if you need storage. Otherwise, the interiors are lovely with decent size rooms. For noise, just try to get one in the back away from the road and pool.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
