Pros - great location, complimentary covered parking, nice washer/dryer in mud room, spacious units with additional outdoor storage, friendly management, and a good sized balcony. They also bring food trucks every so often which is fun. Cons - close to Fairview, so you can hear the traffic (you get used to it with time), parking for guests can be challenging, but pretty standard for apartment parking. May 28, 2025Village east is a pretty sight and it has wonderful amenities! But it’s not cleaned well when you move in. The floors make your feet black, the washer stinks, the vents are so dirty, paint is stuck to the floors. The counters are very pretty but if you look closely, there’s stains and chips in them. It seems great because of the staged living spaces you walk through but when you get your own place, it’s not as great.
