May 28, 2025Village east is a pretty sight and it has wonderful amenities! But it’s not cleaned well when you move in. The floors make your feet black, the washer stinks, the vents are so dirty, paint is stuck to the floors. The counters are very pretty but if you look closely, there’s stains and chips in them. It seems great because of the staged living spaces you walk through but when you get your own place, it’s not as great.
