Great amenities, people, and beautiful units. They only downside is that parking can be difficult to accommodate both residents and guests. Pros - great location, complimentary covered parking, nice washer/dryer in mud room, spacious units with additional outdoor storage, friendly management, and a good sized balcony. They also bring food trucks every so often which is fun. Cons - close to Fairview, so you can hear the traffic (you get used to it with time), parking for guests can be challenging, but pretty standard for apartment parking.
