Absolutely Awful
August 31, 2021This is a very low quality apartment complex with bare minimum amenities, extremely poor customer service, and overpriced for the poor condition of the apartments. The manager and employees are incredibly difficult to contact if you have any issues and claim "it's no issue" if nobody is in their office or any employee is reachable by phone for almost 5 hours during their advertised working day. They also leave early almost every day by up to an hour or two which is very inconvenient for people ...who try to catch them after work. They are not upfront with people and are only concerned with getting their money. do Not attempt to tell them they are wrong for anything because you will be dismissed, lied to, and told it is not their problem. Overall terrible place to lI've and even worse business practices. Incredibly unprofessional, and neglect the complex and it's tenants.Property Manager Responded

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
August 31, 2021By far the worst apartment I have ever been in. Don’t trust the pictures, the apartments don’t look nice in real life. The cabinets don’t work well or fall off, the maintenance is poorly done (I thought my apartment was burning down on multiple occasions due to poor ventilation cleaning), and the laundry facilities are always at half capacity. Trying to find someone in the office is impossible and if you do, they won’t be very helpful. The parking is abysmal and I was frequently blocked in. ...Don’t waste your money here. It has been so much less stressful to own a home.Property Manager Responded

Village Fair is a really nice place
November 5, 2016I came to the area not knowing where to live and I was very lucky that I found here at Village Fair. Great quiet community for me and my dog. I have lived here for about 1 year and love it. The office people have been so helpful even the maintenance comes within minutes to fix something. I never have lived anywhere else that would happen. You need to check this apartment complex out if you like a great enjoyable place to live.Review from Apartments.com

October 9, 2015I have lived here for 4 months now and have had no problems to speak of. The grounds are clean and maintained weekly. The office staff are always friendly and obliging. It is a great neighborhood if you have kids as there is a cute little playground and barbecue area. It is also located very close to both the local middle school ( less than 1 mile away) and the local highschool ( about 3 miles away)Review from Apartments.com
