Why is it poor where do I start? Very very outdated and the finishes are nasty. Nasty carpet nasty tile they don't do any kind of spraying for insecticides outside of the grounds. So you have infestations of spiders and fruit flies... If you're on a budget I get it that's why I moved there it was a most horrible experience... As crazy as the sounds as bad as the place was, my neighbors and the people I met that live there were really really nice...

I've lived here for 2 years and it's an over all good pace to live. Perfect location best pice per square foot for miles.over all a quiet naborhood. Maintenance quickly fixes any requests.
