rented while building our new home
March 23, 2022First the office staff Cathy and Mona were exceptional. Our builder ran behind schedule and we had no problem extending our lease. The staff was very helpful with that. The apartment grounds are kept very clean, almost park-like and quiet. The way the buildings are placed everyone has a view of green space not the side of another building. I would recommend Village green apartment to anyone looking for a 6 month rental while building your home.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
July 10, 2019There aren’t enough words to describe how horrible our experience was. Don’t believe what they tell you! If they tell you that they are painting before you move in it’s definitely a lie! You might come back after 24 hours with no power to 7 walls in your apartment. Also don’t think you’ll get anywhere with Cathy from the main office because she told us “if you aren’t happy you can move out”. Also hope you are okay with all these units being smoked in, and they can’t get the smoke smell out ...because it would cost too much money. Also, be prepared to call maintenance all the time, they will probably pass your problems over though. Be prepared for them to try to hide stuff from you about things wrong with your apartment, like the possibility of mold in your walls and carpet! And when you try to email corporate they don’t care either and they will write you a check and take almost a month to mail it to you. I lived here for a little over a month before I had enough. This place is full of liars and people who will try to hide things from you! If all this sounds wonderful then definitely rent from here.
