I do not recommend any one to move in them. Its floods building 3 gets it worst and the roofs in some leak in kitchen bathroom bedrooms and they do not want to fix it. The septic backs up and it could take a week to get it fixed and floors shampooed from it. And the pet thing is a joke because they say if your not disable or elderly you cant have a pet.

they do not take care of the property and the drainage needs fixed. There are three sink holes on the property and it is not being fixed. Do not rent.
