this is a great place if you are trying to live in the mountains on a budget if you are familiar with the roaring fork valley it is quite pricey, it is walking distance to the bus and a few restaurants the beautiful Colorado river , short 6 minute bus ride to beautiful downtown Glenwood Springs , the complex is old but it has a lovely courtyard with mature trees and a small play area for kids and the property management guys are awesome.
