Great location; lazy landlords
July 31, 2025This place is ideal for a Miami student in terms of locations, however the landlords are not capable of providing information like when they will be in the property and when services will be disrupted. This place is operated by a couple who are taking on far more than they can, and they are incapable of planning what needs to be done. Except all repairs to be done on the spot and without warning.Property Manager Responded

Home away from home!
December 6, 2023I lived at village green for two years and loved every bit of it! The apartments are very spacious and much larger than most. The owners took great care of the property and their tenants. It’s super close to campus and uptown, I walked everywhere! If you are looking for student housing, I would highly recommend staying here!Review from Apartments.com
Wonderful Place To Live
August 11, 2020I lived here for over two years and it was a wonderful place to live. I love the fact that the apartments are set off the road, giving you a little more privacy. There’s a cute little bench to sit and do homework in the courtyard. The landlords were always kind and understanding. 10/10 would live here again.Review from Apartments.com
