Great location; lazy landlords

This place is ideal for a Miami student in terms of locations, however the landlords are not capable of providing information like when they will be in the property and when services will be disrupted. This place is operated by a couple who are taking on far more than they can, and they are incapable of planning what needs to be done. Except all repairs to be done on the spot and without warning.

While we plan carefully, there are times when unexpected maintenance or emergency service needs arise. When that happens, we work to address issues as quickly as possible and communicate updates promptly, and we’re sorry when this process causes disruption.
