August 29, 2023Going on my 4th year here and overall it's great. There are a couple of issues. 1st with the new property management taking over it seems they are way understaffed & has taken longer to get things taken care of. 2nd with how much my rent has increased especially this new renewal it would be nice if they would update/some of the stuff in my apartment. There were cosmetic issues when I moved & all the appliances were outdated and still are.Property Manager Responded

August 27, 2023The reason I gave 3 stars is because although living here is ok, I am tired of come home from a long day of work for the main entrance door not to work or the main gates. This happens more than one time out the month where if i drive up to the gate my key fob won’t work because the battery on pad for the gate or the door will not work. This is always happening and it’s frustrating.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2023Love my apartment. Light and spacious. The management team is concerned and caring. Location, location, location is wonderful. Village Lake Apartments
August 13, 2015Village Lake Apartments, located in Charles County, MD have the security of an electronic key building and parking lot in a country setting. The picture windows with mini blinds are large and have a view of the adjacent woods. You can walk across the street to a library, Safeway and CVS, or to a lake with a walking path. Residents have access to treadmills in the building and a community swimming pool in the summer. The one and two bedroom apartments have a spacious open living area, and the ...bedrooms and walk in closets are much larger than most.
