Not recommending
April 13, 2023Would not recommend! From company to tenants ! We lived here for 7 months and by far worst decision . We had loud upstairs neighbors( 10pm to 3am music stomping) we made multiple complaints nothing every happened. Once we moved we received a bill for over 700 dollars major of the bill came from floors . The laminate flooring was so cheap my nail would scratch it. given we only had 4 pieces of furniture and a 600 square apartment where maybe 400sq feet was laminate we followed the notice and ask ...to fight this bill . We just wanted a receipt of flooring it’s self because 700 is a lot for that flooring. After 2 weeks of not hearing back , we received a call from collections . I’ve never been to collection or have had a negative review from any of my apartments. The fact that we did our part and responding was so unprofessional . Please look somewhere else
November 7, 2021This review is solely for the people who are looking around and aren’t desperate to find an apartment. They are roaches (small, medium, large) they have them all!! It doesn’t matter what you do they’ll always be there. The apartment itself needs work and when you need maintenance they’re never there to help. It’s so bad that I even thought about breaking my lease and finding somewhere else! The “exterminator” they bring to fix the issues doesn’t do a great job whatsoever. Abysmal communication skills
August 19, 2021Scheduled an appointment in August 2nd to have a virtual tour for today, August 19th. No call. No follow up. Zero communication. Does anyone even work in the leasing office? If this is how they treat potential tenants I am horrified to imagine how they treat tenants once the sign on the dotted line. Red flags galore. Avoid. Not your next home
June 4, 2017I have nothing positive to say about this place, a resident of almost 2 years. The management is weak, lazy and does not care about tenants. The grounds are always dirty because of the nasty neighbors, bugs galore in the units. Management just changed the opening and closing times for the pool, making the pool only open when the office is open, which is super inconvenient for tenants. So thanks so much to the hood rats from neighboring communities for ruining this for paying tenants. The local ...stores in the community are always on the news for robberies and shootings. And last but certainly not least maintenance sucks and are not trained on how to fix concerns just put bandages on it. No one follows up with anything and yes and cops are always here! Do Not Live Here
April 13, 2017This was one of the worst apartment complexes I have ever lived in. From the day I signed my lease, the office staff was extremely rude and unaccommodating. Their attitude is incredibly disrespectful, to the point where they've actually laughed in my face before. In the 2 years I have lived there, they have gone through 2-3 different property managers (I think that says a lot), and none of them seem to care about the issues you deal with, or the concerns you have. When I first moved, they tried ...to tell us the carpet and counters were brand new; when we found stains everywhere, they admitted it wasn't new... Why lie ? Then when they did their yearly inspection (without me present in the apartment), I had videotape footage of a maintenance man trying to steal items from my living room. To make things worse, upon leaving, I was told that I could have paid a lower rent if I had just come talk to them... Why would they raise my rent every year and expect ME to come and argue with them? Why wouldn't they have just kept my rent at the same price considering I was a loyal tenant? Lastly, I received the charges from my move-out, and was charged almost $450 for everything... an apartment that I kept very well-maintained throughout my residency. When attempting to have the charges explained, they could not give me any details of the areas that were cleaned and the "damages" that were done. I really do regret ever moving there. Don't live here!!
December 16, 2016I wouldn't recommend this apartment community to anymore not even my worst enemy. The apartment complex unsafe and nasty. There is trash everywhere and it smells like a landfill. I have never felt so unsafe until I moved here now I carry pepper spray with me anytime I am at the apartment complex. My friends and I have been harassed multi times by different individuals in the complex and the management does nothing about it. Please run as fast as you can
April 29, 2016If I could have given no stars I would have but I could not do a review without it. First off, this community has done nothing but spiraled downhill since it has left the management of IMT. Pioneer is either just as horrible as the Better Business Bureau rated them (C-) or they are unaware of how these are ran here in Orlando Florida. You come home from a long day at work, 1 day before rent is due to find a letter on the ground that had blown off from a bad storm that passed through. They have ...changed the policy how you pay your rent effective 1 day from now. So the money order that was purchased cannot even be paid to them because now they have set it up where you have to make your payments at a designated location (WITH A FEE I MAY ADD). The rent is so ridiculously high already, to add anything else seems unfair and cruel. The maintenance men are a joke...the people in the office that run it are some savory characters their self. Janneth has no proper management skills (who is the property manager). I have no purpose to let anyone else be haggled into this place. I will continue to pursue this. For anyone that lives here..if you see this post .. please file something with the BBB and make your voice heard on the web. We can get changes only if enough people come forward. Helpful girls
February 5, 2016i came in to apply for the 2 bed 2 bath and I got denied. They do something with background and credit check and I got denied. The ladies in the office were very nice and positive. I was working with a very nice young lady who cared and helped me. She did her very best to help me find a home, even gave me a company to go who will help me find a place to stay. January 15, 2016This place has been terrible to deal with. No one is ever in the leasing office-call if you want but it will ring and ring and go to their voicemail. I have signed my lease and put down the mandatory $200 reserve fee and they have given my unit away not once, but twice! I'm moving in a week from Tuesday and they called this morning to let me know the unit is no longer available. This is the second time they've done this to me this month! If you have to deal with someone in the rental office, do ...NOT deal with Aracelis. She is rude and thinks very highly of herself, though she lacks the most basic of grammar, spelling, and people skills. All in all, this place is NOT worth the price or hassle, just go somewhere else!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
