Love love love
December 22, 2019We have been here coming up on two years and we don’t have any complaints. Our unit is in a great location. It’s quiet, the neighbors are nice, and we have never had any issues with management. Yes, work has need to be done, but it has always been taken care of efficiently. I have had some friends that lived here and didn’t enjoy their time, so keep in mind that everyone will have a different experience. They are trying to upgrade the apartments as much as possible. Our unit had new appliances ...but still has ceramic tile. The only complaint I do have, and this is out of managements hands, is that people don’t clean up after their dogs. Although we love this place, we won’t be staying as our family is expanding and we need a bigger place. I would definitely encourage people to check this place out.Property Manager Responded

Lovely Place to call Home
September 26, 2017I just renewed my lease for the second time with Karissa, who is an amazing addition to the Office Staff. Karissa is friendly, welcoming and very informative. Living at Village Oaks has been the best experience. The apartments are so nice.We get our own washer and dryer along with all appliances included. Karrisa who works in the office is always in a great mood and so helpful with any questions I have and had when I renewed. The maintenance and grounds are always clean. I wish they would throw ...monthly events so that neighbors can get to know each other. I feel safe with Village Oaks being a gated community. My neighbors have become friends and there is no better feeling than feeling comfortable where I live.Property Manager Responded

My New World aka Apartment
August 7, 2015It was as easy as 1,2,3. We mapped out the area we wanted, found an apartment, visited the community, signed the paperwork and moved in. I recently married and this is our first apartment as man and wife. "I am a nature lover and he is a city slicker" I work from home and he commutes" but we agreed immediately on Village Oaks. I have the fresh air, sunshine, closet space,swimming pools and hot tubs (there are more than one on the property) that I need. My husband is pleased because he has ...several freeway options and will never be trapped by a traffic issue. He also has a very happy wife!! (important) PLUS - We have four closets, and a pantry!!This has made sharing/compromise, for these newlyweds, much more pleasant. PLUS,PLUS a friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff, an upgraded kitchen, and the added bonus of direct access to our door( no more dirty, scary elevators) Now instead of car horns and sirens, we hear the wind rustling through the trees, and the birds chirping at home but we can get to the Big City quickly and easily.
