Renters Reviews and Ratings
Overpriced. Dumpy town.
December 14, 2019Rents are way too high. They think they can compete with new apartments, and their units are old. Even if they "update" them, this is an old complex and they are barely caught up or even comparable to newer units. They demand way too much income to "qualify" and the town looks dumpy. Roads are extremely bumpy and village takes forever to get through due to congestion and traffic. The rental agent at this complex is a rude foreigner and Dawn Homes has unprofessional, grouchy women answering calls. ..."Pet rent" is also a joke. No one else around charges "pet rent". The quarry is up the street and you can hear the booms and the ground shakes. Just another overpriced complex in Pleasant Valley, a town which has become an utter embarrassment.Property Manager Responded
