Best place ever!

The absolute best apartment complex. My husband and I lived here before we bought our house. The office staff take pride in taking care of the grounds and are always there to help when needed. We had a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone!

I seriously LOVE living at Village Place Apartments. My fiance and I live in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor and it's so spacious. We love having a washer and dryer in our apartment an we also love the pool and work out room. Super thankful for the staff and maintenance here too. Great place to live. We highly recommend it!

Village Place has an outstanding office and maintenance staff, friendly and professional! I have always had same day service on any maintenance issues I have called about. With an in-unit washer and dryer, carport, and private entrance, it is more like living in a condo than an apartment. Convenient location for Detroit or Toledo in a lovely rural setting. Close to shopping and nearby metroparks and golf courses. Pets are welcome here as well so it is very nice to live here. I have happily lived ...

I have learned you get what you pay for and you can't pick your neighbors. It's pricie but the space you get is good. Pool looks nice have yet to use it and the gym just has the basics. When we have had issues they have come within a day or two to fix issue. We do have a dog and I don't understand why people can't pick up after their pets. It does get very bad at times and smells. If you have a pet you need to clean up after it!!!!
