September 26, 2025I been here over 10 years. I feel very happy and safe here. The office personal is so kind. Maintenance is very good. We have security here. Fun holiday parties and activities. Very quiet place. I surely recommend village pointe.Property Manager Responded

Amazing
June 25, 2024Michael helped over the phone to make an appointment to tour and was so kind. When I arrived for the tour, Michael was patient, accommodating, encouraging, and was super down to earth. I didn’t get the apartment for personal reasons but if my circumstances were different, I would move into this complex in a heartbeat. Great Complex
May 1, 2023Awesome atmosphere, pathways that separate the buildings for a little privacy. Multiple 24 hour laundry facilities and well cared for gym and pool areas. So caring, up to date, and involved
May 4, 2021I love living on this property with village pointe. The management team really cares about its residents even from the second you move into your apartment. From the accommodations available pre pandemic such as gym, pool, spa, bbq, rec area, and my personal favorite movies by the pool during the summer. To our current state keeping residents safe and fully informed with all changing cdc guidelines and regulations, regular common use area cleanings, and keeping residents knowledgeable on any ...county available assistance programs. I feel safe here to walk my dog on the property late at night and love being able to get laundry done any time of the day. The property is also well landscaped with beautiful winding pathways lined with trees and flowers. I particularly love Winter holiday season when a lot of residents get to decorating. There is almost always some healthy competition going on between decorating your balcony to virtual lip sync battles village pointe has shown me no one is alone.Property Manager Responded

Early Lease Termination
April 2, 2019I stayed at the Northridge Village Pointe apartments for approximately 8 months (August 2018 - March 2019) and left early due to noisy upstair neighbors. I notified the apartment manager - who also lived in the apartment above me - and she was responsive to our first complaint. However, the second time we complained she had one of her employees call me telling me that she could not do anything about it and that the noise I was hearing was her grandchildren. The noise was so bad that I would leave ...the apartment nearly everyday because I could not concentrate while working on homework and I could not relax. Quiet hours in the apartment complex was 10pm to 8am and I would sometimes hear the grandchildren running track upstairs past 11pm. It was ridiculous! I stayed in apartment D109. So if you are thinking about renting from this place then do NOT apply for apartment D109. The address to the apartment complex is 17171 Roscoe Blvd. Northridge CA 91325. Trish and the other ladies working in the office were very helpful and responsive. The only exception was the apartment manager.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

3 Rooms For The Price of 3
September 14, 2015It was a beautiful sunny morning as I woke up to the sound of my air conditioner. So cool, as if I were destined to wake up at the right side of bed every morning. This spacious yet beautiful 3 bedroom apartment never seizes to amaze me. After my shower, which was obviously perfect, I proceeded to get dressed and get ready for my job. (I work in the film industry). I entered the kitchen and grabbed a quick snack for the road. I stepped outside and at that moment knew.. I shouldn't of left. It was ...113 outside. My girlfriend called me later asking if she can borrow my keys. She met me on set, grabbed them and told me, "I'll wait for you at home baby. I have a surprise for you!" I was excited, except for the weather. We shot outside. After we wrapped, I drove back eagerly. When I got home, not only was I happy to be in my beautifully air conditioned apartment, but I had an ultra nice surprise. I believe we shall be expecting soon. An overall great rental experience
August 5, 2015I have lived in this apartment complex for about 8 months now, and I really have enjoyed it. It is located between a major boulevard and a train track, but neither is audible from inside the complex. I live here because I am attending the nearby university, and it's just far enough to be outside the "college town," without being too far. There are is a bus route that gets you to North Hollywood within 45 minutes, and Balboa Park is just a 10 minute drive, and 5 minutes from the 405. Pool and ...jacuzzi with a grill area on a first come first serve basis. People of all ages live here too so everyone's welcome. Let's see... complaints? I don't have that many. It gets REALLY hot during the day, and I'm too stingy to turn on the provided AC...BRING YOUR FANS! Also, it's like an hour drive to Downtown or Mid-Wilshire but that's not the apartment's fault.. Rent's kind of high for the area, but with all the amenities they provide, I'd say its worth it!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
