So I have been here with my family for about four months now and I kept telling Michael and Alyssa that I was gonna write a review a minute I got here. It has been so amazing. We have been having so much fun that I completely forgot. Right now, I am here by the pool area grilling in the picnic area in this apartment they have chairs they have tables. They even have utensils in the barbecue area for you to use as long as you clean them. They have a lobby with exercise equipment, popcorn 24 hours ...
a day or until it gets finished that me and my son love. Because these are garden importance or gardening homes, that’s exactly what I was looking for when I take my dog out for a walk. It’s so green there’s little squirrels everywhere and it’s amazing you know how sometimes staff is nice when you’re just gonna come in if forget about you or not my friend and amazing and everybody else that is in here from the Maintenance to the gardeners to everybody else is great. This is a great place. This is a great client and we own three blocks away from my son. This place is the best thank you guys.

Vandalism, theft, shooting

If you are on this page comparing apartments, I want to give you something the listing cannot: an honest account from someone who actually lives here. I have lived at Village Pointe for a year. During that time a tenant was shot and killed by another tenant on New Year's Eve 2025. On this property. There are no security cameras. Not after the shooting. Not after the ongoing laundry room theft. Not after the repeated car break-ins in the parking area. When I raised the issue of security cameras, ...
management cited privacy concerns. Yet Ring cameras are permitted on tenant doors that face directly into the door of the neighbor across the way. I started to wonder whose privacy they are protecting. The tenants or the criminals. Laundry room theft is a regular problem. I have had clothes go missing from the laundry room myself. My unit has been entered without my knowledge or consent. Repeatedly. My balcony lock went missing from inside my apartment. Not from the balcony. From inside. Furniture was damaged. The wooden varnish on my chairs was shaved off. The wood on the back of one chair was warped. My Litter Robot was opened and a part removed. Someone went through my clothing and took the bottoms from my Victoria's Secret pajama sets. The matching tops were left behind. Only the bottoms were taken. An unknown substance has appeared on my walls after I leave and return home. Someone was in my home. My car has been broken into multiple times in the assigned parking area and vandalized from the inside on four occasions. I have police reports for all of it. Before you sign, understand what this will actually cost you. Beyond the rent you will spend money replacing stolen property and repairing vandalized property. This is documented, foreseeable crime on this property. I have written to management multiple times. They list courtesy patrol as a feature of this property. Management told me in writing that courtesy patrol is not here to protect tenants. They are here to uphold policy for the apartment complex. When pressed on safety they blamed the neighborhood. They will send you emails saying they are not responsible for safety on their own property. Their advice to me when I reported feeling targeted was to move. I have all of this in writing. E&S Ring Management has a D-minus with the Better Business Bureau. There is a reason for that. The property grounds are well tended. Safety is not tended to at all. If you move in, document everything from day one.

Michael helped over the phone to make an appointment to tour and was so kind. When I arrived for the tour, Michael was patient, accommodating, encouraging, and was super down to earth. I didn’t get the apartment for personal reasons but if my circumstances were different, I would move into this complex in a heartbeat. It’s clean, quiet, and staff seems so friendly

Awesome atmosphere, pathways that separate the buildings for a little privacy. Multiple 24 hour laundry facilities and well cared for gym and pool areas. Gated parking areas provide added security, especially if working long hours. Super responsive management team!

From the accommodations available pre pandemic such as gym, pool, spa, bbq, rec area, and my personal favorite movies by the pool during the summer. To our current state keeping residents safe and fully informed with all changing cdc guidelines and regulations, regular common use area cleanings, and keeping residents knowledgeable on any ...

The property is also well landscaped with beautiful winding pathways lined with trees and flowers. I particularly love Winter holiday season when a lot of residents get to decorating. I stayed at the Northridge Village Pointe apartments for approximately 8 months (August 2018 - March 2019) and left early due to noisy upstair neighbors. I notified the apartment manager - who also lived in the apartment above me - and she was responsive to our first complaint. However, the second time we complained she had one of her employees call me telling me that she could not do anything about it and that the noise I was hearing was her grandchildren. Quiet hours in the apartment complex was 10pm to 8am and I would sometimes hear the grandchildren running track upstairs past 11pm. It was ridiculous! I stayed in apartment D109. So if you are thinking about renting from this place then do NOT apply for apartment D109. The address to the apartment complex is 17171 Roscoe Blvd. Northridge CA 91325. Trish and the other ladies working in the office were very helpful and responsive. The only exception was the apartment manager.

It was a beautiful sunny morning as I woke up to the sound of my air conditioner. So cool, as if I were destined to wake up at the right side of bed every morning. This spacious yet beautiful 3 bedroom apartment never seizes to amaze me. After my shower, which was obviously perfect, I proceeded to get dressed and get ready for my job. (I work in the film industry). I entered the kitchen and grabbed a quick snack for the road. I stepped outside and at that moment knew.. I shouldn't of left. It was ...
113 outside. My girlfriend called me later asking if she can borrow my keys. She met me on set, grabbed them and told me, "I'll wait for you at home baby. I have a surprise for you!" I was excited, except for the weather. We shot outside. After we wrapped, I drove back eagerly. When I got home, not only was I happy to be in my beautifully air conditioned apartment, but I had an ultra nice surprise. I believe we shall be expecting soon. Time will tell.
