Do not move here Roaches, Trash, Mold, Gun Shots

Warning DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
December 24, 2020If I could give no stars I would. Since I’ve moved into this place every week it’s a problem with the plumbing and without warning your waters off for hours and currently I can’t even use my main bathroom because of another plumbing issue which the maintenance man said my toilet can fall through the floor to first floor apartment due to another leak, and that’s just the bathroom plumbing that messes up all the time on top of that my A/C unit pipes burst/broke 3 times and one of those time they ...said they fixed the problem and 1 hour later pop water everywhere it broke again. But the worst of it all are the ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. It’s like living in a house of HORRORS when you can’t even cook a meal without roaches crawling out of the knobs on the stove just disgusting or crawling out of the wall outlets and pest control isn’t enough when it’s not mandatory for the surrounding apartments to get sprayed also. So the roaches are living in the walls they should make it mandatory at least 3x a year that all apartments have to be treated. But I would not suggest anyone lives here unless you like coming home from work and your water not working or living with Roaches.Property Manager Responded

My apartment
August 14, 2015Hi my name is Tekoa Sparks and my fience and I live in a one bedroom apartment, we are expecting out first baby together which she is due in December ,the appartment is only 600 square feet and the only place I would have to put our baby is in the only walk in closet.we moved in last year October ,at first everything seemed nice about the place but then one night and every night you can't take a decent shower because it starts to make this awful vibrating noise after about 10 minutes into the ...shower. Another thing is that this place is crawling with roaches,their in the kitchen in bathroom and sometimes in the bedroom,we called pest control but it doesn't seem to help. Please help my fience and I get out of this place for our baby girl who is due in December.Property Manager Responded

Bad Management
August 30, 2015I have been living here for 18 months now and there are things that needed to be fixed when I first moved in that is still yet to be fixed. The only way to get anything fixed is to go to the office multiple times and complain until one day maintenance shows up. Once maintenance is here they always try to tell you what you did that caused the problem and not listen to your issue when you are the one living in the apartment.Property Manager Responded

No roaches
August 14, 2015Village Springs Apt is a great place with no roaches from my experience. Maintenance request can be put in online and are completed within 24-48 hours. Only reason why it was not given 5 stars is because at times it can sometimes be noisy at night but overall a good place to be.Review from Apartments.com
