We have free, unreserved parking on our surface lots (no garages). There is also some public street parking closeby on Brightview St. and Atherton Dr. (local laws apply). Residents parked on-site must display a current, community-issued permit at all times. She knows everything about the community when she took me the the virtual tour she explains everything and had the answers to all my questions. I think her name was Lissa. You get what you pay for
March 21, 2021Management is very non-responsive to emails, so you constantly have to remind them of your grievance or visit them in the office. The apartments themselves are eh. The stove sometimes does not turn on, which raises concerns about the safety of the gas appliance. My particular apartment has a window frame of which the dimensions were not properly checked, so the blinds got stuck in the middle and broke off when I tried to raise them. There are mice running around between the ceiling and ...floorboards at night. If you want an apartment with no noise from dogs, prepare to worry about the mice instead. Since I mention dogs, I’m not convinced the no dogs policy is enforced sufficiently since I’ve seen people here bringing small dogs into their apartments. My wife and I opted out of getting a dog for us specifically because of this community’s no dog rule. The laundry machines are godawful. The dryers never remove all moisture from your clothes in the first cycle, so you have to put it back in 1-2 times, which means more money for the company that put those sub-par machines there in the first place. If you get placed in an apartment across from Brightview Street, prepare to constantly worry about whether the kids playing soccer below are going to accidentally launch their soccer ball through your window. Overall, you get what you pay for. The rent is relatively cheap compared to other apartments in MoCo, and there is a bus stop right outside the community entrance, but you get the bare minimum living experience, and they still raise the rent every year. I don’t recommend living here in the long term.Property Manager Responded
