don't live here. ever
August 3, 2017Place is garbage. Moved in and things are falling apart. Landlord is an inconsiderate toolbag. Toilet leaks, A/C barely works and is only in guest bedroom and kitchen, shower has no cold water, and garage door doesn't work. My neighbor said the previous renter of my apartment had the same problem with the garage, and apparently the landlord did a crap job "fixing" it. But its broke again. A one year lease minimum of 700/month. There's much better ways to spend $8400. Only reason I left a 1 star ...rating is because I can't leave a 0 star rating.
