Old building, poor management

The apartment had mold several times, drains got clogged up several times, i had water pouring from the ceiling due to broken pipes, heat and air conditioning never worked even though they had people come out to “fix it”. Tow trucks took our car twice, even though parking is “free” and then when i moved out, they charged me for the month after i moved out and now i have to wait until next week for some manager to come back to the office and see that they took $1400 out of my account for the month ...
of February even though my lease ended on Jan 31st and i moved out before January ended. Also a cemetery behind the building is not a good location. I heard many funerals and a lot of crying coming from that place. Overall it was very stressful living here. Even for the low price, there were too many problems. Also, i want my money back.
